We recently held a Family Day for the employees of The Systems Missiles & Space (SMS) Group at the Israel Aerospace Industries. Over 12,000 employees and their families attended the event, filling the courtyard and enjoying an impressive display of missiles, launchers, satellites, unmanned vehicles, surveillance equipment, and defense systems alongside activities for children and scientific shows. 

During Family Day, the employees' families had the opportunity to get a glimpse of our workplace and enjoyed various vibrant performances and activities, including craft stations, family-friendly shows, performances by the division's choir, an employee hobby exhibition, refreshments, and more. 

The employees' families are integral to our success. They are full partners with the employees who work tirelessly to develop systems that protect Israel. It was important to me to share our work with them and include them in our success. 

The event was successful in every aspect, impressive from start to finish, and created a buzz throughout the company. There is no doubt that such a sight has not been seen on the Yahud campus for years. 

I would like to personally thank you and your team for the exemplary organization, professionalism, creativity, innovation, and meticulous coordination with various bodies inside and outside the Israel Aerospace Industries, and for the flawless execution. 

You managed the numerous teams involved in the event with excellence, and for that, I would like to express my deep appreciation.
